Chef Johnny’s appreciation for great food started at a young age in New York City.
After moving to Atlanta, he teamed up with an experienced mentor from Japan and worked with him side-by-side at various renowned Atlanta Japanese restaurants, learning all aspects of the trade from body movement, preparing rice and cutting the fish, to which plate to use for sushi and which one for sashimi.
After mastering the training, Chef Johnny created Fuku Sushi, a catering business that brings fresh and delicious sushi made with high quality ingredients, delivered right to your home.
